Seafood industry people have a wealth of knowledge, and can answer most consumer questions.  If you have a seafood question, ask it here.  Industry members will jump in and answer it authoritatively, except when they disagree.  Questions and answers in this forum are open to all, and you don't have to be registered to participate.
