Some of the primary spokespeople for Alaskan seafood processors got the chance to educate politicians about the dire situation of H2B visas in Alaska.

At a June 30th meeting in King Salmon was attended by Senators Murkowski and Sullivan, and Congressman Don Young, as well as Labor Secretary Alexander Acosta.

Glenn Reed, President of the Pacific Seafood Processors Association, explained the recruiting process that processors go through, starting with job fairs in Alaska, and then continuing year round...
